  • Services that have been completed or substantially completed

3. Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If services have not yet commenced and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment
  • If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to circumstances beyond our control
  • If there is a material breach of our service agreement on our part
  • If duplicate payments have been made in error

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where services have been partially completed, we may offer a partial refund based on the proportion of services not yet rendered. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

6. Visa Application Outcomes

Please note that visa application outcomes are determined solely by government authorities. We cannot provide refunds based on visa application denials or rejections, as these are outside our control. Our services include professional guidance and application support, not guarantees of approval.
